Seeking a Plastic Processing Tech to start immediately.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Setup and start molds in the machines.
- Maintain all aspects of the injection molding manufacturing process and related activities.
- Ensure equipment safety.
- Direct Material handlers and operators.
- Trouble shoot processing parameters and mechanical tooling functions.
- Deliver all 1st piece inspections to QA
- Monitor yields, fix and report inefficiencies.
Tool Maker
Seeking an experienced injection mold tool manufacturing person able to perform the tool build process and all related activities from start to finish. Highly skilled in CAD CAM, EDM, CNC, grinders, and lathes. 5+ years experience with injection tool building is required. Must be a good educator, able to train new personnel. Alltec is able to assist in relocation for qualified candidates.
